Campout Orientation Meeting
Come learn more about the Oaks Annual Campout! We will talk about tents vs vans vs RVs, fires and firewood, what equipment you will need (and don’t need) what the rough schedule of events will be and more!
This meeting is geared towards those who have not been on an Oaks campout yet so even if you are comfortable with camping we encourage you to come.

14th Annual Oaks Poker Tournament
Play poker with Oaks folks and try to win the trophy! No experience required. Come to play or come to watch. This is such a fun night and is the longest running Party Book for a reason! BUY YOUR TICKETS NOW!
Play for all starts at 7:00, with a tutorial for new players at 6:30.

Courageous Conversations
A Celebration of Identity, Intersectionality, and Belonging (free childcare, sign up on popsicle)
Wreath Making Party
Come learn how to make your own holiday wreath. It's fun and relaxing and you leave with a beautiful wreath that you can use to decorate your home or give as a gift. We will provide the materials and teach you how it's done.
We will also have childcare and a life guard if your kids would like to tag along and swim in the pool. Kids can make a wreath but we ask their adult to help them as we will not have extra hands with wreath making.

Book Fair Poster Project
The Book Fair Poster project is a beloved tradition of students making posters of their favorite books to help promote and decorate our Book Fair. Students and adults are welcome to join. We will gather in the Art Room after school.
