Carnival Chili Cook-Off
Carnival and Chili Cook-off are coming together this year for an amazing day of fun, food and raising money for our beloved school!
Grab your friends, vote for your favorite chili, play games, ride the slide and enjoy the music!

Kids Craft Fair
Kids Craft Fair gives students the opportunity to make and sell their arts and crafts to the community. Students are encouraged to not only operate their own booth but to donate a portion of sales to a charitable organization.
Any student can be a vendor. All students are encouraged to come shop at their friend’s booths.

Circus! - Early Dismissal
Come one, come all to the most amazing show on Earth - The Oaks Circus!
Early dismissal at 11am directly after the performances.
Party Book: Hoppers Movie Screening
This special screening includes a showcase of animals from the Wildlife Learning Center on stage before the movie! Truly an event that should not be missed!
We’ll leave our cars in The Oaks parking lot and walk to the theater together. The show starts at 4:00 PM.

14th Annual Oaks Poker Tournament
Play poker with Oaks folks and try to win the trophy! No experience required. Come to play or come to watch. This is such a fun night and is the longest running Party Book for a reason! BUY YOUR TICKETS NOW!
Play for all starts at 7:00, with a tutorial for new players at 6:30.
Dinner and drinks will be provided.

Campout Orientation Meeting
Come learn more about the Oaks Annual Campout! We will talk about tents vs vans vs RVs, fires and firewood, what equipment you will need (and don’t need) what the rough schedule of events will be and more!
This meeting is geared towards those who have not been on an Oaks campout yet so even if you are comfortable with camping we encourage you to come.
